The Power of the Therapeutic Relationship

Learn to grow and overcome your challenges.

Feeling tired and overwhelmed? Hi, I’m Sierra. I work to help teens and adults navigate life’s challenges—from trauma recovery, impulse control, OCD/perfectionism, and relationship struggles to low self-worth and family conflict. I use evidence-based CBT, DBT, solution-focused and person-centered approaches to tailor treatment to your strengths. Faith-based support is available upon request. Together, we’ll build coping skills, boost confidence, and foster healthier connections. I look forward to partnering with you!

I strongly believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship. I strive to make my clients feel heard and supported, in addition to being challenged to grow and overcome. My approach is to view each individual holistically, taking into account family history, background, strengths, personality, and goals.

Life can wear us down with its challenges, but it’s up to us to own those challenges and decide who will become because of them. My goal to come alongside others, building them up to a place where they no longer feel controlled by their circumstances, find freedom, and move forward in a positive direction.

Kind words of recommendation...

"Sierra is passionate about helping people heal and being trained in the best methods to do that. For those seeking Christian counseling, she is a strong believer and has worked to integrate faith-based techniques into her approach."
